Jurasoa, sustainable agriculture in Senegal
In the north of Senegal, near Saint-Louis, in the village of Minguene Boye, Jurasoa produce quality vegetables all year round with the greatest respect for the environment to ensure food security and create jobs.
The Jurasoa farm has chosen to implement a sustainable production method. A challenge in this arid area which nevertheless benefits from a major asset to be respected, the Senegal River.
Ultimately, this project aims to fight the rural exodus or the emigration of the youngest through specific training in agriculture and basic knowledge.
